Westlake Veterinary Medical Center was founded in 1997 by Dr. Luke Delpo, DVM and his partner, Debbie H. Handy. They quickly became a staple of life at Smith Mountain Lake for so many residents. Expanding the practice in recent years, they continue to provide quality veterinary care for the beautiful animals of the lake area and beyond.
